The King's Park LIRR Station is located at Indian Head Road & Main Street in Kings Park, NY... 45.2 miles from Penn Station.  One of the LIRR's Hospital Spurs once ran from just west of this station to the former King's Park State Hospital grounds.  The spur was taken out of service in the late 80's, with passenger service having ended much earlier.  Parts of it are a currently a walking/biking trail.
